Trial Attorney & Founder
Drew Evans began his career on the other side of the courtroom — defending physicians, nurses, and hospitals across Southern California against medical malpractice claims. He learned exactly how insurers and their lawyers evaluate cases, where they look for weaknesses, and how they decide what to pay. Then he switched sides for good. Evans Law represents only the injured, and every bit of that inside knowledge now works for his clients.
Drew works each case personally, from the first consultation through investigation, expert workup, negotiation, and, if necessary, trial or arbitration. His clients are going through some of the hardest days of their lives — so they speak directly with their attorney, not a case manager, and they are treated the way family would be: with honesty, patience, and a lawyer who picks up the phone.
